Who am I?
Hi, I’m Adva Cohen, mentor and coach for Product Leaders.
With 18 years+ of experience in leading and managing product teams and P&Ls in many role.
My life passion is gaming and my experience is span beyond industries, business models and company size.
I managed the 1st Poker app (EVER!) on Android Market (AKA GooglePlay) that was sold to SciPlay and worked for the company for another 4 years as Head of Product and P&L.
I was the Platform Product Director at Innovid before the IPO in 2021 and led my product team for 2 years.
In my career :
- In my career I’ve managed Product teams
- full business units, including R&D
- business teams
I always worked in an Empowered teams (AKA squads/3 in a box) and I wholeheartedly believe we are all geniuses, we just need to find our specific way to shine!
